Here are some more pictures of Marcus playing from the past few days.
We got Marcus a train set as a "big brother" toy, but since he isn't a big brother we made it into a "welcome to your new house toy." He has loved them and is obsessed with choo choo's.
We color with chalk on the front walk because it is the only spot that gets shade in the afternoons (or any part of day). Of course after we started I realized that it will never rain to wash away our old drawings...but who needs rain when you have a little boy to roll around in it? He looks like he just got done with a color run! He even had chalk in his hair!
Today Marcus had a little friend come over. I could only get pictures of them playing together when they didn't see me. I was so proud of how sweet Marcus was to his friend because he is about a year younger then Marcus. Marcus did a great job sharing his toys. It is so nice to have a little playmate for him, and he lives right around the corner!
These flowers are from one of our bushes in the front. I think that all of the different colors on them are beautiful! It is funny that our flowers are blooming now, in the middle of November, but I think it would be much harder to have moved when it was winter and everything was dead. I guess it is Gods way of showing us the beauty of this new place we are living in.
